Delivery & Returns


Online orders are shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. We try our hardest to meet all delivery times, but very occasionally, there may be delays, especially during busy periods (including graduations and sale). Shipping times are calculated based on when your order has been fulfilled.

 Returns Policy

Although we hope you love your UQ Shop apparel or accessories as much as we do, there may be times you need to return items to us.

We offer exchanges for up to 60 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Item(s) must be unworn, in like-new condition with original tags attached.
  • Item(s) must be in the original packaging which must be in original condition.
  • Item(s) must have receipt or proof of purchase. Exchanges may be granted without proof of purchase if the item(s) meets the above criteria, however the goods will be honoured at their current retail value.
  • Item(s) cannot be exchanged for gift cards or store credit.
  • Item(s) purchased on sale can be exchanged, if the above criteria is met.

Exchanges can be made in-store during opening hours or click the button below to lodge an online return. Please note, return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Refund Policy

UQ Shop does not offer refunds for change of mind. If an item you receive is faulty, and you have retained proof of purchase, please contact our team who will endeavour to repair the item or organise a refund or replacement.
