SHIPPING POLICY (UQ Shop)

Delivery locations
UQ Shop ships within Australia and internationally.

Processing and dispatch
Orders are packed and dispatched on twice a week, excluding Queensland public holidays. During peak periods (including graduation and sale events), dispatch may take longer.

Shipping carrier
All deliveries are completed through Australia Post (AusPost).

Delivery attempts and missed deliveries
UQ Shop does not offer Authority to Leave.
If no one is available at the delivery address when AusPost attempts delivery, your parcel will be delivered to your nearest Post Office or collection point for pickup.
You may be able to nominate a preferred collection point through the AusPost app or website (where available).

Shipping costs and delivery times
Australia
Free standard shipping (Australia-wide) on orders over $150 (unless otherwise stated).
Orders under $150 incur shipping fees calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch) vary by location and AusPost service. As a guide, standard delivery is typically 5–7 business days.

International
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight/size. Delivery timeframes vary by country and AusPost international services.
International orders may be subject to customs/quarantine checks, duties, taxes, tariffs, or other fees in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. UQ Shop is not responsible for customs delays, holds, or fees, or for parcels rejected due to unpaid charges.

United States tariff update
The United States has introduced new tariffs that may affect parcels delivered to the US. This may result in additional charges payable by the recipient and/or longer clearance times through US customs. Any duties, taxes, or tariffs are determined by US authorities and are outside UQ Shop’s control.

Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.

If you haven’t received your parcel
If your parcel has not arrived, your first point of contact is Australia Post (AusPost). Please contact AusPost with your tracking number to request an investigation or locate delivery/collection details.
If AusPost is unable to resolve the issue, email hello@uqshop.com.au with your order number and the AusPost case/reference number and we will assist with next steps.
