DELIVERY LOCATIONS
UQ SHOP provides delivery services both within Australia and worldwide.
PO box addresses are sent via Australia Post, while other addresses are handled by Sendle.
PROCESSING YOUR ORDER
Our standard delivery days are on Tuesday and Thursday.
Upon placing your order, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to your provided e-mail address. Kindly retain this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
If you opt to have your order left at your delivery address in case you are not available, please be aware that the responsibility for your order will be yours. For any specific instructions or concerns, feel free to contact us at hello@uqshop.com.au.
Ways to ensure you don't miss your delivery:
Our deliveries with Australia Post are delivered with safe drop, meaning your parcel will be left in a secure place around your property if no one is home. If there is nowhere safe to leave your parcel, they will deliver it to your LPO.
If you are having your parcel delivered to a work address, please ensure you include your company name.

Please be informed that all prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. It is essential to note that prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Australian Address and Delivery Time
Free Delivery (Australia Wide): Orders over $150 qualify for free delivery across Australia.
Standard Postage: For orders under $150, standard postage charges will apply, as calculated at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, the delivery time will depend on the selected delivery service and your location. Typically, delivery times range from 5 to 7 days.
International Address and Delivery Time
The delivery costs will vary based on the destination country, postage charges will apply, as calculated at checkout.
To complete your order, the Order amount must be paid via credit card at the time of submitting the order. We accept Visa or Mastercard through our website and third-party payment services.
Please be aware that the free postage offered for orders over $150 is only applicable to parcels sent to Australian addresses only.
Some parcels sent overseas may be subject to quarantine by Customs until an additional fee is paid to release the parcel. We recommend checking the relevant Customs laws in your country before placing your order. Kindly note that UQ SHOP is not responsible for paying such fees, and we cannot be held liable for the rejection of your parcel.
We try our hardest to meet all delivery times, but very occasionally, there may be delays, especially during busy periods (including graduation and sale).Â

REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Only items purchased directly from the UQ SHOP website, https://uqshop.com.au, are eligible for refund or exchange.
In the event of an error in your online order, we are happy to exchange the item for the correct one you intended to purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. You will be responsible for the shipping and any additional postage charges.
We take extra care in packing your order to ensure safety. However, if your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact hello@uqshop.com.au immediately for a discussion about replacing the goods.
