What is Click & Collect?
You can purchase online and then pick up your items from UQ Shop (St Lucia) instead of having them shipped.

How do I select this option?
At checkout, select Pickup. We’ll email you when your order is ready. Please wait for your "ready for collection" email before coming into the shop.

When can I collect my order?
UQ Shop (St Lucia)
Student Union Complex, St Lucia QLD 4067
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am to 3pm (AEST) 
Shop opening hours are usually longer during Graduation periods. Please check our Instagram for updates. 

What if I’m late or can’t make it?
Email hello@uqshop.com.au to arrange a new collection time.

How long will you hold my order?
We hold Click and Collect orders for 21 days from when you receive the Ready for Collection email. After that, we’ll contact you to arrange delivery (shipping fees may apply) or a refund in line with our Returns Policy.

Is Click and Collect available at other UQ campuses?
Not currently unfortunately. Click and Collect is only available at St Lucia campus.
